Its a bit of a secret but at PoutStudios workshops we have quietly been teaching and training new potential photographers over the years by having interns and assistants who have come in from fashion collage etc to learn the ropes. Its been surprising how after their time at collage at how little they have learned about the technical side of photography and studio but after two days in the studio they learn more than their whole time in collage.

This is why we have decided to open the studio with some photographic workshops for those who want to learn can learn in an environment which is set up especially for fast track on the job training.

If you are new to photography, have been at collage or simply want a career change these workshops are for you. We can’t teach you how to be a great photographer as you have to have an eye for a photograph but we can push you along the right track which can help you stand out from the rest.

Our client jobs vary in the studio so the experience you can leave with will no doubt help you in furthering your own skills in photography.

The workshops are great fun with plenty of time to ask questions as its very hands on. There are many different styles and shoots you can do in a photo studio which is why we will be tailoring the shoots and prepping diffirent styles of lighting to tie in more with what you are looking for. From how to keep your shoots simple to more complicated lighting styles.

However the main aim is for you to try your new found skills so for each person on the workshop you will be given a free 3 hour access to PoutStudios with all the equipment where basically you will be thrown in the deep end but thats the fun of it as thats when you learn.
