TERMS & CONDITIONS – TALENT PHOTOSHOOTS – PAGEANT PHOTOSHOOTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS – CATALOG & LOOKBOOKS PHOTOSHOOTS – 

  1. Photoshoots are by appointment only. A refundable deposit of £95 is taken to hold your appointment. The deposit is then held against the shoot where the £95 is taken from the cost of the shoot.
  2. Cancellations have to be given to us 24 hours prior to the shoot to enable us to reschedule. If cancellation’s are not received and we reserve the right to hold the deposit for costs incurred.
  3. Photo shoots are fully confirmed 7 days prior to the photoshoot by text or email with full shoot details.
  4. Each model is allotted a time slot to prepare makeup and hair. If a model is going to be late just inform us so the day can reshuffled.
  5. Payment for the shoot and also hair & makeup is due on the day unless a prior arrangement has been made.
  6. Images from the photoshoot are prepared so that colour and contrast is even. Images are not retouched.
  7. Retouching is NOT included in the price of the photoshoot. This can be negotiated Pre shoot.
  8. Image orders are only accepted by e-mail using our online order form. This gives us the order in writing and a time and date of receipt, by keeping it all digital enables us to speedup work flow. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of your order.
  9. Ordered images are cleaned up and prepared for final output at the discretion of the print retoucher. If specific instructions are requested for retouch a fee would be incurred depending on requirements.
  10. Original digital files are stored for a period of nine months from the date of the shoot and then disposed of.
  11. Retouched images are stored for a period of one year from the date of the shoot and then disposed of.
  12. Online directories are stored online for a period of six weeks and are then removed.
  13. Prices promotions and offers are likely to change.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – STUDIO HIRE – STUDIO CASTING – CREATIVE MONDAYS

  1. New clients payment will be requested in advance or on the booking day, cancellation charges may apply
  2. All bookings includes use of all our in-house studio lighting
  3. Please note the studio isn’t sound proofed for filming.
  4. Booking times include setup and breakdown
  5. Any equipment breakages will be charged at cost on the same day as your booking
  6. £95 deposit required for all bookings. The remainder has to be paid on the day or by arrangement
  7. Overtime please add £50 per hour
  8. PoutStudios carries substantial public liability cover but cannot be held liable for loss or damage to any equipment products or valuables while at or left at the studio. Clients and visitors must make sure that their property, staff and guests are fully insured as we cannot be held responsible or liable in any circumstances.
  9. 24 hour notice has to be given for cancelations
  10. Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays + 50%
  11. All charges are +VAT

TERMS & CONDITIONS – TRAINING & WORKSHOPS Booking and Payment Policy

  1. Booking and Payment Policy: We reserve the right to cancel a tutorial/course no later than 7 days before the start date if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the tutorial/course. Under these circumstances a full and prompt refund will be given to anyone who has already paid.
  2. Securing your place: Your refundable deposit must be paid to secure your place on the course.
    Your payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal. You may wish to pay by an alternative method so please contact us.
  3. Notice of Cancellation: Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. It is not possible to refund any deposit cancellation made less than 5 days prior to course start date.
  4. Non-attendance: Please be aware that if you do miss any sessions, these cannot be transferred to another course or day.
  5. Non transferable: You must attend the course or workshop you have booked a place on, on the correct dates and at the stated times.
