The first step to getting noticed in the talent industry is by getting great images of yourself. It builds confidence and gives you a great sense of direction. Over the years we have worked with many new up and coming stars of the industry and its a great place to take your first steps.

From acting headshots, commercial model portfolios and glamourtorial and publicity we set up photoshoots tailored to give you a great beginning to you career an update your portfolio or personal publicity images.
You don’t have to have shot before. With quite a few years in the industry we’ve learnt a few tricks into giving you exactly what you need. If you’re a first timer never having done a photo shoot before its not as difficult as you think. We have taken many first timers under our wing and help you to relax and have a great time as well as learn a little about the talent industry.

Photoshoot Options
Option One: The Headshot £150.00 THE HEADSHOT + VAT (hair and makeup +£65 if required)
Includes 2 Retouched prints 10×8 as well as HiRes digital files
The actors and talent headshot (studio) which includes two 10×8 cropped images of your choice. Can be done all on the same day.

Option Two: The Publicity Shoot £350.00 +VAT PUBLICITY SHOOT (hair and makeup +£85 PP)
Includes 5 Retouched prints 12×10 as well as HiRes digital files
The publicity shoot (studio)
Publicity images you can use anywhere. If your a DJ, dancer or want to try the celebrity game and need simple images you can send to potential agents magazines or newspapers this is the one for you. The shoots are simple and often shot on a simple white background so that publications and newspapers can run them direct without distracting backgrounds.
HAIR & MAKEUP: Will do two changes and be on hand for adjustments etc

Option Three: FULL PHOTOSHOOT STUDIO £350.00 + VAT (hair and makeup +£85)
Includes 5 Retouched prints 12×10 as well as HiRes digital files
Full photoshoot. (Studio)
A studio shoot with full selection of head shots, body shots and selected styles of your choice with up to six sets of images. What do you get? You get a no rushed photoshoot to create the full photoshoot. Thats one thing we do know is we know what we are doing. Your shoot will be made able to view via our website and you can place your order for images for retouching and enhancing.

Option Four: FULL PHOTOSHOOT STREET £450.00 + VAT (hair and makeup +£85)

Full photoshoot. (Location and streets)
This is a location shoot on the streets of London with full selection of head shots, body shots and selected styles of your choice with up to six sets of images. What do you get? You get a no rushed photoshoot to create the full photoshoot. Thats one thing we do know is we know what we are doing. Your shoot will be made able to view via our website and you can place your order for images for retouching and enhancing.

Option Five: ABROAD LOCATION £675.00 + VAT (hair and makeup +£85)
Includes 5 Retouched prints 12×10 as well as HiRes digital files
1/ABROAD LOCATION FULL DAY: £575.00 (FULL DAY ONE TO ONE) Villa location with head shots, body shots and whatever required. We organise these shoots when available somewhere in the sun. Flights are your responsibility as is accommodation. We will shoot over a day and collect all the images necessary for a great portfolio.
HAIR & MAKEUP: £200 Per day payable to the makeup artist, who will do changes as required and be on hand for adjustments etc
2/ABROAD LOCATION HALF DAY: £355.00 (HALF DAY ONE TO ONE) Villa location with head shots, body shots and whatever required. We organise these shoots when available somewhere in the sun. Flights are your responsibility as is accommodation. We will shoot over a half day and collect all the images necessary for a great portfolio. (You also receive three free finished images of our choice to give you an idea of what the finished images will look like if you wish to order more)
HAIR & MAKEUP: £150 Per day payable to the makeup artist, who will do changes as required and be on hand for adjustments etc
Your shoot will be made able to view via our website and you can place your order for images for retouching.

RETOUCHING AND IMAGE LOOKS
Introducing picture looks. For each image ordered you will receive a colour version, a black and white version and one enhanced version as above for no extra charge.
Retouching and Enhancing £25.00 Per image Digital Hi Res Retouched File delivered electronically.
Retouching can be done in many different ways. We like to keep things simple as with the samples above where we enhance colours and clean up the image to publication standards. We can stylise the image into many different looks and can create black and white colour tones as well as getting rid of objects which distract from the main subject.
You can print, email or use these images in any way to promote yourself online, upload them to Facebook or Myspace, use them in your book or with your agency. The images, however, cannot be used for any commercial use (to make money) unless you have got written permission directly from us. The copyright still belongs to the photographer.

SHOOTING FOR PICTURE SYNDICATION:
BASED ON PROFIT SPLIT. We will shoot for picture syndication depending on the model status and suitability. We work independently from the model agents. We have our own in house picture library PoutSyndication.com for sending out our images and by being in house our costs are minimal. We also do something rather special where the shot images have a lifetime of 5 years where after they are taken from syndication. We really want to work with the model/talent hand in hand and have a good working relationship with many models and celebrities.
However images shot for syndication are not made available for portfolios Facebook or model agents. As its a Profit split expenses from the shoot like hair and makeup studio hire retouching etc have to be covered before a profit is made which is why we aim to shoot as much as possible at cost price.
Depending on the model/talent status the profit split percentage is negotiated at the time of the shoot.

Preparing for your shoot
1. Clothes: Although your shoot consists of four outfits you will want to bring as many as possible. This will help the photographer and makeup artist select what will look best for your photos. Your clothes should be fashionable, form fitting, and solid bright colours works best. You don’t want your clothes to look big on you. It only results in making you look bigger than you really are. If you don’t have many clothes then ask some of your friends or go shopping for a few cool outfits. Sometimes models will shop specifically for clothes to shoot and return them after the shoot. Some clothes may look great to shoot in but you wouldn’t wear them out. Bring different colour bras and underwear. Your shoes aren’t that important because most shots will not show your feet. One look will be a full length shot and may show your feet so make sure your shoes will match.
2. Body: Come to the shoot with a clean body, hair, and teeth. Girls, shave your arms and legs. Your fingers and toe nails should be clear in colour. Your hair should be an even colour. Showing discoloured roots doesn’t look good. If you have tan lines that will show then try to lose them. It’s always best not to have tan lines. Drink lots of water a few days before your shoot as it will help your complexion look its best. Get lots of rest and don’t go out drinking or partying the night before your shoot. Believe me you want look or feel good.
3. Preparation: Checkout some magazines where you can find models that have the same look as you. Collect Tearsheet’s and bring them to the shoot, we can’t guarantee using them but it sometimes helps the photographer and makeup artist get a better understanding of how to shoot you. With our unique way of shooting and creating poses you will not need to practice posing beforehand. Bring your current portfolio if you have one as we will be able to judge what your requirements will be for your book
4. Don’t bring your boyfriend or girlfriend to your shoot: Many times new models will feel nervous or will look to their friend for approval and they become distracted. Sometimes even parents can intimidate the models. Many of us act differently around our parents than we normally would and it affects your look while shooting. Shooting is much like acting and you have to feel good about giving the photographer the look he’s shooting. The photographer could be telling you to look happy or sad, sexy or mad, whatever the look calls for then the model should be able to produce. For security reasons we always have a makeup artist on set so everybody is safe and sound.
5. Don’t be late! Give yourself plenty of time to get to the studio, there may be other models before/after you, If you happen to be running late please phone us to let us know your running late
A QUICK NOTICE ABOUT COPYRIGHT
All images supplied online, by print or on CD remains the property and copyright of the respective photographers. Images cannot be used commercially, sold, used for publication or given away without written instruction or negotiation with the photographer. Basically even though you have paid for the photoshoot and prints you never own the images, this is basic copyright law. Images can only be used on agency websites, personal portfolios or anything which is strictly for personal promotion. If your not sure call for clarification.

Photo shoot-Terms & Conditions
1/ Photoshoots are by appointment only. A refundable deposit of £50 is taken to hold your appointment. The deposit is then held against the shoot where the £50 is taken from the cost of the shoot.
2/ Cancellations have to be given to us 24 hours prior to the shoot to enable us to reschedule. If cancellation’s are not received and we reserve the right to hold the deposit for costs incurred.
3/ Each model is allotted a time slot to prepare makeup and hair. If a model is going to be late just inform us so the day can reshuffled.
4/ Payment for the shoot and also hair & makeup is due on the day unless a prior arrangement has been made.
5/ Image orders are only accepted by e-mail using our online order form. This gives us the order in writing and a time and date of receipt, by keeping it all digital enables us to speedup work flow. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of your order.
6/ Ordered images are cleaned up and prepared for final output at the discretion of the print retoucher. If specific instructions are requested for retouch a fee would be incurred depending on requirements.
7/ Original digital files are stored for a period of nine months from the date of the shoot and then disposed of.
8/ Retouched images are stored for a period of one year from the date of the shoot and then disposed of.
9/ Online directories are stored online for a period of six weeks and are then removed.
